How Process Mapping Works
It starts with an introductory meeting. We want to hear your organization’s story and understand how things work today: how your teams connect, what roles exist, who needs access to what, and what each team or department needs to see.
Next, you send us everything you have – documents, spreadsheets, forms. Our project manager and implementation specialists go through it all and plan the system.
The first thing you’ll receive is a process mapping document. We refine it together, and once you approve it, we start building.
